Majorn00b. Not only is this my age old handle on AIM since I was about 12 years old, but as I crash into the life of an entrepreneur I see how much of a n00b (Wiki definition for those who don't know) I truly am. I'm a newbie, I'm unexperienced, and I'm human. Therefore... I'm going to make mistakes. I think that the biggest mistake I make though is letting all of the elements get to me. I know this first year of going completely solo will mostly be filled with toughening my skin. It's hard when I want to be perfect. I want everyone to like me. I want to bend over backwards to make sure the sun is still shining for everyone involved. My realization? I'm giving it my best... more than my best! I am working hard and going above and beyond in all tasks that are given to me. I have to respect myself in that fact and let others know they should do the same. /rant off (little more g33k there for you folks) Anyways... things are happening! I have GREAT clients whom I LOVE! I also have gotten to know a lot of people around Charlotte who are becoming closer friends and I am continually amazed by their character. These are the kinds of people who make my day. They put a smile on my face. Because of them I know everything is going to be just fine. Thank you to everyone who I work with or who has come to my aid recently... I really do have a lot of love for you! So our year is winding down. 2011 had a lot of life changing moments for me which I cannot depict in a single post. The biggest news to share is that as of the first of the year my roommate and I will be moving to Uptown Charlotte into a cute 2bed/2bath apartment. We are so excited!
